The design of this special was started by the scrap of a Suzuki GS 750, which however had a straight frame but many missing parts.
Michiel van Son is a freelance cinematographer after studying at Narafi Film school in Brussels, started having a passion for dynamic and moving images, he build his first drone in 2012. This was the start of a specialisation in Aerial Cinematography.
Michael's passion for photos and movies has led him to have an eye on aesthetics and lines.
The Suzuki GS series was Suzuki Motor Corporation's first full range of 4-stroke powered road motorcycles, having previously almost exclusively manufactured 2-stroke machines
With the Matt black & Gold 70’s Lotus F1 John Player Special theme in mind I started collecting all the parts (front fork from a Ducati 848, Alpina Supermotard wheels). Seat was custom fabricated as well as the 4 in 2 exhaust system. The engine received a overhaul with a Wiseco 844cc piston kit and a whole lot of new parts as well as a refurbished carb set. This bike was build from the frame up with every part & bolt renewed, new wire harness, etc.
